What’s Included
Your exclusive venue hire includes:
- Private, exclusive access to the venue for your wedding day
- Ceremony and reception settings within the grounds
- Furniture for up to 200 guests
- Integrated site power and ambient lighting
- On-site venue support
- Cleaning before and after your event
- Access to curated photographic locations across the property
Catering, florals, photography, styling, and beverages are selected and engaged directly by each couple and are not included in the venue fee.
Availability & Wedding Numbers
To maintain a calm, unhurried experience, we accept a strictly limited number of weddings per year. This ensures:
- No shared events or overlapping bookings
- Full attention to site presentation and preparation
- Preservation of the natural environment and surrounding farmland
Availability is therefore limited and dates are secured on a first-confirmed basis.
Deposits & Booking Structure
- A $500 Save-the-Date deposit is required to reserve your wedding date
- Pricing is locked to your wedding year at the time of deposit
- Remaining payments are outlined clearly in the Venue Hire Agreement
Additional Considerations
Some couples choose to enhance their day with optional additions such as extended access, wet-weather contingency setups, or additional site time. These are discussed individually and quoted separately, ensuring transparency and flexibility.
